To scan, select Quick Scan or Advanced Scan.

When printing using the network select the IP address or Host name of printer.

When printing using USB select the USB Port of the printer.

Click the Printer menu, then from the list, select the printer required.

At your computer, open Xerox Easy Printer Manager.

At the printer, load originals face up into the automatic document feeder, or place a single original face down on the document glass.

Mac OS users 10.15 and above can use default scanning software that comes preinstalled on your computer such as Image Capture.
